This project is representative of smaller scale landscape renovation and new construction projects developed and installed by Smith and Baker. A complete landscape renovation, the client requested a simple solution that would beautify the exterior appearance of their home, while staying within a reasonable budget. A project of this nature can be easily completed within a day or two, therefore providing the client with a quick facelift for his or her home. There were only two aspects of construction for this project: demolition/disposal and reconstruction. A project of this nature will normally be less than $5,000 depending on the type and quantity of utilized materials.
